Hi just now I had tea at a small tea stall near my room. There came a bunch of some dudes on bikes. They started smoking. As the smoke started to go up in air the thoughts started accumulating in my mind...The problem is why do people like smoking ...
Yeah! Yeah! I know all tat biological stuff it gives you high and relieves stress and all tat rubbish. But why do people are happy to die a smoky fatigue death!!. Smoking is deadly serious. It not only erodes the one who does it but also the people around to a more degree. Passive smoking is found to be hazardous. Its like innocent slaughtering. The funny thing about cigar packs is they advertise not to take their product coz Indian Government tells them to do so. But people still buy it thinking SMOKING IS GOOD FOR HEALTH. I have many of my friends smoking and wasting their life around I tried to advise them but their volumetric efficiency is increasing day by day.
These people are caught it death race, who smokes more cigars will get more high ...to accelerate his journey towards heaven. The climax is all nations in world are getting ready to fight against terrorism but smoking kills more people tan do terrorists.
So wishing all smokers HAPPY SMOKING DEATH :) :). I advise you cigar guys from my heart leave smoking there are many beautiful things in this world live long to enjoy them.
Have a nice day.
This is a blog about the dark secrets of human mind. The feats it is capable of doing. Hold-on for a Neuro-journey...

Consistency- a good habit...
Old habits die hard and good habits are very difficult to build. I was determined to publish 4 posts per week . LAZINESS does not permit me to follow my destination. Also my exams are around the corner and wat could be more bad news...our paper is preponed by a week. So you can understand how busy i am. But if you are committed ten you have ...you MUST follow it Through to its final destination.
So, the main point is be commited in everything you do and you ll find even the difficult job a piece of cake. I commit myself to post 4 in each week...and ll try my best to remain consistent. Rome
Was Not Built In A Day. The idiom encompasses a great meaning if we act upon it. In this age of INSTANT we all need things quickly...quick success...quick money...quick fame...and quick girlfriend after d old one has dumped us. But the nature cannot slow time nor does it make it go faster. We should be willing to learn and perform. No first times...let it be anything you wanna do practice it in your mind a thousand times to make it perfect. If you are consistent in your studies doing at least two hours daily. JUST DO IT ..even if China drops bombs nearby no change in schedule.
I read it somewhere...PRACTICE JUST 10000 HOURS TO BECOME A GENIUS... My good advice just try this and be consistent.

Recession and opportunity
Hi friends, so its a party of pink slips everywhere. Recession of 2008 is murdering employees. Its very difficult to keep
Patient in such situation. The recession is nothing much than a break ...an opportunity to sharpen your skills. You all know d old story of opportunity who has hairs on her face and is bald behind.
We cannot see d beauty behind hairs ...but nevertheless try to catch it.
Wat happens in such case is overqualified employees take meagre jobs wen they are cut off from their previous company. I came across some steps to avoid recession turning into depression.
1. Always be honest and do your own work.
2. Start saving money...microfinancing really works.
3. Keep yourselves busy and moving, dont remain stagnant.
4. Study your goals and try to make up your skills in short steps daily.
5. Be consistent in anything you do.
All the best...

Athletes inspire...
So here is wat we call a true MAN...Usain Bolt. He really runs like a lightning bolt and has thrashed all world records in a short span of time. Coming from a poor country like Jamaica, he has sculpted himself into a legend. He has tat attitude about winning ...Tats wat i like d most about him.
People like Bolt, Michael Phelps, train hard and are very consistent in their practice. If you want to know the real stuff of men then look at Lance Armstrong...he was diagnosed with cancer in its last stage, he never gave up killed d cancer , put his ass to the bike and LO! he won d most gruelling competition Tour de France a record 7 times.
The thing which keeps all of them moving and burning is an IRON WILL. A will to win and never give up. They train for years to perform for some seconds...and in this lies their dedication.
They are at last just humans who wit practice turn into superhuman legends. Hats off to them all...

SAW- A must watch movie......

The JIGSAW KILLER is the main protagonist of Saw movie series. He is a beautiful character . He 'Kills' people, but finds distasteful to call himself a' murderer'. I totally agree with him. Murder , technically speaking is " Illegal deliberate killing of one person by another". He does not kill people but transquilises them and as they are unconscious puts them into a death trap. Its upto the people to free themselves within a given time frame or die. His punchline, "Live or Die , make your choice". He is one amongst good philosophical characters that I like. Actor Tobin Bell has done good justice to his character.
He is portrayed as a cancer patient suffering from inoperable frontal lobe tumor springing from colon cancer. In all Saw series, Jigsaw creates deadly test for his subjects which he fondly calls "GAME". He kidnaps people, whom he finds as wasting their lives and attempts to save them by administering inhumane tests. The beauty lies in the fact thatthis "Killer" has no intention of killing his subjects. The purpose of trap is just to test the will of his subjects. And how much are they willing to sacrifice to live their life again. 'Sacrifice' in this sense means losing your leg, hand, and some grave physical damage, inflicted by self upon self. Many of his subjects end up a "forced suicides"
The media christens John Kramer as 'THE JIGSAW KILLER' because of the puzzle shaped piece of flesh that he cuts from the corpse of his unsuccessful and unlucky subject. This Jigsaw stamp has philosophical meaning that- the subject was missing a vital piece of human struggle, the survival instinct. As the series progresses the blood gore and magnitude of "game" increases.
This ann vengeance stems up from a flashback as he is diagnosed with cancer and knows that he is going to die. He then stats to "Cherish Your Life" and sees how people take their life for granted. He is depressed and ends up driving his car down from cliff and survives this suicide attempt. He devotes his life to " SAVE" people with his games asking them to" Make your choice, cherish your life".
Unfortunately he is killed in SAw IV as his neck is sliced open with power cutter . But then the climax suspense builds up from Saw V... It begins with his post-mortem , and doctors find a wax coated audio cassette which is swallowed by him before dying. As usual the game begins with the mask faced Jigsaw guiding his subjects to salvatuion through his favorite media the tape recorder and VCR .."Hello guys, I wanna play a game with you.....Cherish your life. Live or Die make Your choice" And Game continues.....
Jigsaw is not some blood thirtsty murderer. He is an engineer who puts to use his ingenuity to create mechanical torture death traps and synchronises them with timers. All this blood and screams hopefully will not give this film the adjective beautiful... But I rate it amongst the best movies I have ever seen.

Some GEMS of Leadership...

Hi everyone, coming back after a long time...was a bit busy with exams and practicals.
They say that all men are born equal, I would like to complete the remaining adage as "All men are born equal , but they don't die equal. Some rule the roost and some serve the roost... This makes all the difference .
I came upon 12 fine points of leadership by Senator Storm Thurmond. He served in US senate for over 30 years and is a World war II veteran. so here they are as in his own words...
12 Points of Leadership-
1. A leader must be honest. Honesty is the heart of character. Unless one is honest he cannot remain long remain a leader. People will soon learn whether or not they can rely on what you say.
2. He must have ability. Some people inherit more ability than others, but the average man can train and develop himself to the point where he has ability far more above average.
3. He must learn to think, make decisions quickly and accurately; to draw sound conclusions, since good judgment is the core of real ability and success.
4. He must be a hard worker. No matter how honest and able a man he is, if he is not willing to work, he will not go very far. The fellow who puts in extra hours when others are playing around is the one who usually gets ahead.
5. He must be courteous. I don't know of any one quality that brings such large dividends as plain courtesy and kindness. Other than dishonesty, there is not a one quality that can hurt a man more than discourtesy.
6. He must be courageous. ... stand for what he is right, or he is bound to land on the other side with those who have selifish intrests to serve.

7. He must love people and want to serve them. He must be willing to make sacrifices to help them.
8. He must be cheerful , optimistic and inspire confidence in others.
9. He must learn to recognize and use abilities of other people. One mans time and energy is definitely limited, if he confines his operations to himself and his own abilities.
10. He must learn to organize. The great leaders who have made outstanding record achievement had immpeccable organizing ability. This requires vision , planning and execution of plans.
11. He must be aggressive, but not to the point of being offensive. Very few aggressive men of ability and vision are stopped by obstacles and troubles that may appear insurmountable to less aggressive.
12. He must put his trust in GOD. No man was ever great and remained great who did not trust in GOD...
The simple summary is - Anything can be accomplished through honesty , clear thinking and hard work with persistence.

My First post- Indian Elections- 2009

Hi guys and gals, I am posting my first post today. I was scratching my head for a long time for a good subject to post. The idea of posting about the "Dance of Democracy".
Politics is the subject I hate the most, but it is only the one road which leads to Change. Elections is a oppurtunity for common citizens like us to bring about a change. India the Developing Superpower needs change just like US. Mr. Obama is a great hope for small and independant candidates contesting elections and dreamin big.
India today is the country with most no. of Young people lead by old MPs. Old guys can't run and how the hell do they even think of runnin a country? A vast generation gap exsists between young & old thinking.
We as responsible citizens need to cast our valuable votes for a good candidate. We must vote against all pessimism eroding this "Golden Bird". We need to elect a good young candidate who has expirienced and understands the difficulties faced by Indians. not unlike those fat asses and bellies sitting in Ivory towers. There are 4 main points -
1. We see a new phenomenon rising in 2009 elections. Many new middle class candidates like Capt. Gopinath, Mallika Sarabhai, Nafisa Ali ... are takin on the big Goliaths. Dum hain yaar...
2. Politics has now become analogus with fish market, the no of Parties exceeds the members that Parliament can occupy ;). The Indian Constitution needs to be amended and provision should be made for two party system. two party system will lead to static stability in the House and will have strong governance control. But amending Indian Constitution will be like Belling the Cat. It is impossible to amend it now without bloodshed.
3. THE INDIAN SUBCONTINENT IS BURNING...
India is currently engulfed in a ring of fire, terrorism in Northwest, ilegal immigration and Naxalites in Northeast, Sri Lanka Burning in South. These are all decicing factors in outcome of elections. During this Recession we cannot happen to build up brittle parliament with floors shifting and money flowing to disrupt the newly formed government. These extertnal factors are also intrested in screwing our elections up.
4. VOTE FOR CANDIDATE, NOT FOR THE PARTY...
We are blaming for the bad government and its a paradox that we are the one who elect them. As we sow so shall we reap. See and study the candidates profile and then cast your vote for him. Never give your vote , if he has a court case pending against him. Only the criminals go to court.
I pray the Lord to make "Dance of Democracy" fair and non-violent. I am feelin sad that I cannot vote this time as I am registered in Ahmednagar , but presently in Bangalore.
Jai Hind Jai Maharashtra
